Provider and acceptance
WassalX is operated by Ahmed Emad El Din Mahmoud Abdel Meguid at Haret El Gamea, Darb El Agamy, West Assiut, Assiut, Egypt. By creating a company account or using the service, the customer agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The English name is a transliteration pending confirmation against official documents.
SaaS service
WassalX provides software for delivery-company operations, including the features enabled for the purchased plan. Subscriber companies remain responsible for their delivery services, workforce, customers, orders, pricing, COD handling, settlements, licences, regulatory duties and the accuracy and lawfulness of data they enter.
Accounts, security and acceptable use
Customers must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, assign permissions carefully and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The service must not be used unlawfully, fraudulently, to infringe rights, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, probe other tenants or disrupt the platform.
Plans, prices and limits
Plan availability, billing cycles, prices, limits and included features are shown before purchase and calculated server-side. Historical invoices retain the agreed price and discount snapshot. Access to features and usage limits depends on the effective paid subscription.
Payments and activation
Paid subscriptions activate only after verified payment confirmation from the supported provider. Hosted checkout may be provided by XPay. Redirect or return pages do not independently prove payment. Promotional discounts are governed by the displayed checkout and normally apply only to the first purchased billing period unless expressly stated otherwise.
Manual renewal
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. No renewal payment is charged unless the customer initiates and completes a new renewal purchase. When a paid period expires without renewal, subscription-protected access may be suspended while historical records remain preserved.
Cancellation and refunds
A standard cancellation request may be submitted within five days after actual activation. It requires platform review. Approval immediately cancels the subscription and revokes protected access; rejection leaves an otherwise active subscription unchanged. Refund review is separate, case by case, and cancellation approval does not guarantee or trigger a refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when no effective paid subscription exists, after expiry or approved cancellation, or where reasonably required for misuse, security, legal compliance or material breach. Suspension does not erase company, operational or billing history. Appropriate billing, request and legal-information access may remain available.
Data protection and service changes
Personal and operational information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. WassalX may maintain, secure and improve the service and update these Terms. Material changes will be published with a revised date. These Terms do not create absolute exclusions of liability or remove rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
